It says available in free battle, but is locked!?!?!?!. This DlC at first may see as "not installed" but try uninstalling and reinstall it works for me. (if not working)At first you would see some costume selections you cannot choose (shady numbers) its because you got the characters because of the dlc you bought. the locked costumes are simply not accessed because its gameplay unlock to gain\/unlock the costumes. If you played without the dlc, you would have to unlock by simply playing. The instant unlock of characters became an option because you unlocked by buying the dlc costumes. e.g 1st hokage locked...bought dlc for 1st hokage, naruto simply unlocks.. All DLC currently doesn't show up.. UMMMMMM????? CC2 Fix the DLC we paid for!!! Are you kidding? Bad buisness MOTO for sure!. The reason I wanted to get this is because of Kushina <3 Some Waifu Material right there XD GET THIS NOW. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.. naruto paint.
